Paul Raven is a Doctor of Natural Health Sciences who maintains a private natural health practice in Ottawa, Canada. Paul's Bachelor, Master and Doctorate research investigated infrasound (low-frequency sound waves) and its role in energy medicine and general health. Through a combination of clinical research and client care, Paul developed a unique yet powerful energy healing technique which he calls Neural Balancing. Neural Balancing enhances traditional energy healing modalities via both an understanding and a consideration of physiological mechanisms and changes. Paul is also a Program Coordinator as well as a faculty member at the International Academy Health Education Centre where he teaches Herbal Therapeutics, Paradigms of World Herbs and Aromatherapy. His first book "The Definitive Guide to Foods & Herbs for Crohn's, Colitis & Irritable Bowel Sufferers" was first published in 2005. His second book, co-authored with John Freeman, "Herbal Therapeutics" was first published in 2006. |
